If you're looking for a site with all the bells and whistles made possible by the latest interactive web technologies, then I'm not the person for you. If you want a website that exists mainly for informational purposes, however, I can do it for you at a reasonable cost.

On the technical side, if it's important to you that the underlying structure of your website is easy to understand and modify (always important to consider since no website remains static over time), eSheep's advantage is that I create my pages manually. Taken in a web design context — where clean design and clarity of expression are much more important — this means that you can achieve website success on a shoestring budget, as long as you're not fussy about having something that's made from scratch.
What do I mean by that? There's no hiding the fact that custom design services will cost you. If, however, you're willing to forego having a site designed from the bottom up "just for you", you can save on my time and your money.
eSheep Enterprises has a set of website templates that have been pre-coded and tested. Any one of them can be personalized with your own photos/graphics and choice of colour scheme to make the resulting site specifically yours (and of course, once content is added, it is also uniquely yours), but the template and general design remains available for my next client to do the same.
